HEALTH BENEFITS:

Natural Exfoliation
Ubtan powder contains fine natural ingredients like gram flour, oats, or rice flour that act as gentle scrubbing agents. When applied to the skin, it helps remove dead skin cells and impurities without harsh chemicals. This leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth, and fresh. Think of it as a gentle “sponge” for your skin that reveals a brighter layer underneath.
2. Brightens Skin
Ingredients like turmeric and sandalwood in ubtan powder help reduce dullness and uneven skin tone. They stimulate the skin, lighten dark spots, and give a natural radiant glow. Regular use makes the skin look fresh and lively.
3. Reduces Tan
Sun exposure often causes tanning and dark patches. Ubtan powder works as a natural lightening agent, helping to fade tan over time. It gently removes dead skin and cleanses impurities that contribute to discoloration.
4. Fights Acne & Blemishes
Turmeric, neem, or other herbal components in ubtan have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. They help fight acne-causing bacteria, reduce pimples, and calm skin irritations, making the skin healthier.
5. Controls Oil
For oily skin, ubtan powder acts like a balancing agent. Ingredients like gram flour absorb excess oil, prevent clogged pores, and reduce the risk of acne, leaving the skin matte and fresh.
6. Hydrates & Nourishes
When mixed with milk, yogurt, honey, or rose water, ubtan powder becomes a moisturizing mask. It delivers natural nutrients to the skin, keeping it soft, hydrated, and plump.
7. Anti-Aging Benefits
Many herbs in ubtan (like turmeric and saffron) are rich in antioxidants, which fight free radicals. Free radicals are responsible for early signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. Using ubtan regularly helps keep skin youthful.
8. Improves Skin Texture
Consistent use of ubtan makes the skin even, smooth, and soft. It removes rough patches, dead skin, and impurities that make the skin feel uneven.
9. Soothes Irritation
Some herbal components in ubtan have cooling and calming effects. This helps reduce redness, inflammation, and minor rashes. It’s especially good for sensitive or irritated skin.
10. Chemical-Free & Gentle
Unlike many commercial skincare products, ubtan is made from natural ingredients, so it’s gentle on all skin types, even sensitive skin. No harsh chemicals, parabens, or artificial colors are involved.
HOW TO USE:

Prepare the Paste
Take 1–2 teaspoons of ubtan powder in a small bowl.
Add a liquid to make a smooth paste. You can use:
Milk – for dry skin, adds nourishment.
Yogurt – for hydration and gentle exfoliation.
Rose water – for refreshing and glowing skin.
Water – for normal skin or a lighter paste.
Mix well to get a smooth, spreadable consistency.
2. Clean Your Skin
Wash your face or body with lukewarm water to remove surface dirt.
Pat dry lightly, leaving your skin slightly damp so the paste spreads easily.
3. Apply the Ubtan Paste
Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the paste evenly over your face and neck.
Avoid the eye area because turmeric and other herbs can irritate eyes.
For body application, apply in gentle circular motions.
4. Massage (Optional)
Gently massage the paste on your skin for 2–5 minutes.
This helps exfoliate dead skin cells, improve blood circulation, and let the herbs penetrate the skin.
5. Leave it On
Allow the paste to sit for 10–15 minutes until it starts to dry.
For extra glow, you can leave it up to 20 minutes, but don’t let it fully harden and crack.
6. Rinse Off
Wash off with lukewarm water, using gentle circular motions to scrub lightly.
Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
7. Moisturize
Apply a light moisturizer or natural oil (like almond or coconut oil) to lock in hydration.
