INTRODUCTION:

Kutki, also known as Katuka, is a traditional hepatoprotective herb with unique and immense healing properties. The botanical name is Picrorhiza Kurroa. The plant is found in the Himalayan region of Nepal, India, Pakistan and western China. The herb is small in size and has long roots, oval leaves and creeping stems.
