TONGKAT ALI BENEFITS,SIDE EFFECTS AND THEIR USES

INTRODUCTION:

Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) is a medicinal plant native to Southeast Asia, particularly found in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. Often referred to as “Malaysian ginseng,” it has been traditionally used for centuries to improve vitality, energy, and male reproductive health. The root of the plant is rich in bioactive compounds such as eurycomanone, quassinoids, and eurycomalactone, which are believed to contribute to its health-promoting effects. Modern scientific research supports many of its traditional uses, showing that Tongkat Ali may help enhance testosterone levels, reduce stress, improve physical performance, and increase libido.
